Dr Manav Suryavanshi is a versatile surgeon having a wide array of armamentarium with special focus on Urooncology, Robotics and Minimally invasive urological surgeries.

Urology being a pioneer branch technologically, Dr Manav Suryavanshi has been at the forefront delivering treatment Robotically since 2007. He started the first successful Robotic and Urooncology programme in Fortis Vasant Kunj in year 2007 before shifting and starting the programme in Medanta – The Medicity in 2009.

Dr Manav Suryavanshi is a comprehensive Surgeon and believes technology can’t be a limitation to delivering optimal results. His strength lies in his versatile training wherein he has amalgamated various platforms like Robotics, Laparoscopy, Endourology and Open surgery to deliver optimal ethical results to his patients through innovative techniques; balancing the expenses.

He performs complex Urological Cancer surgeries for Prostate, Bladder , Kidney Cancer, Testicular and Penile Cancers with elan and is a strong believer in ethical multimodality treatment for his patients.

Dr Manav Suryavanshi has performed more than 12000 surgeries and have also been a part of another 25000 throughout our surgical training till date.

He and his team also run a successful teaching programme at Medanta – The Medicity for last ten years

He believes today’s era demands and deserves a Multimodality Team Concept considering the explosive pace of evolution in medical arena. He has played the role of Salvage surgeon for the department of urology at Medanta over the years.

He has been responsible for developing the Wet Training Model for Robotic Kidney Transplantation at ORSI, Melle, Belgium alongwith Prof. Alex Mottrie. He has also participated in the clinical research and scientific program of the OLV Robotic Surgery Institute & OLV Hospital Aalst.
